These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Selfotix website (selfotix.com), AI Automation Chrome Extension, related software, services, and any content, features, or applications offered (collectively, the “Product”). By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Product.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Product.

2. Software License Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the Selfotix software, including the AI Automation Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by the Selfotix End-User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA applies to all users, including those on the free plan, and governs your rights and obligations regarding the software’s code, design, and functionality.

3. Free Plan

Selfotix offers a free plan to users for personal and limited commercial use of the Product, subject to these Terms and the EULA. The free plan provides access to select features of the Selfotix software without requiring a license key. Selfotix reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free plan at any time without notice.

4. Product Description and Use

The Product provides AI-powered automation solutions designed to streamline repetitive web-based tasks and enhance productivity. The Product leverages automation scripts, AI algorithms, and third-party integrations to perform these tasks.

You agree to:

  • Use the Product only for lawful, ethical, and authorized purposes.

  • Not use the Product to violate third-party rights, infringe intellectual property, spread malicious software, or engage in illegal activities.

  • Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Product.

  • Ensure compliance with any applicable rules or policies of websites or platforms you automate using the Product.

You acknowledge that the Product is a tool to assist with automation, and you remain responsible for its lawful and ethical use.

5. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the Product, you may be required to create an account or provide personal information. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during account creation.

  • Safeguard your login credentials and notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any data or content you input into the Product (“User Content”). By using the Product, you grant Selfotix a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your User Content as necessary to provide and improve the Product.

You agree not to upload, share, or transmit User Content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection, storage, and processing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Product, you consent to such data practices.

The Product may collect anonymized usage data and analytics to enhance service quality and functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Product, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, designs, algorithms, and documentation, are owned by Selfotix or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Product without explicit written permission from Selfotix.

Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you provide about the Product may be used by Selfotix without obligation or compensation, and you grant Selfotix exclusive rights to such submissions.

9. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Product may integrate with third-party websites, webhooks, APIs, or services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Selfotix is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Selfotix does not guarantee that the Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. Due to the nature of AI and automation, the Product may exhibit limitations or unintended behavior, which you accept at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selfotix, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Your use of the Product is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Selfotix, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your use or misuse of the Product.

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Termination and Suspension

Selfotix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Product at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or any activity that may harm the Product or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Product will cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

Selfotix may update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Product after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Product shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
